Whoops! Did you know you can continue to make granular improvements to a creative project literally forever until it is a perfect shiny orb with no flaws! You can also die trying!

Anyways, 1.1 is here much more quickly than usual, but that's because it makes a needed and significant change! Unlike the proofreading updates, which quietly updated 4 or 5 times, replacing previous versions seamlessly and without comment, leaving the mechanics and intentions for the game untouched, 1.1 actually makes some significant changes to the rules of the game!

The most minor change is a clarification in the Stats section that a character's stats can't go below 1. If they could, then rolls as a Person could succeed always and automatically, which isn't nearly as fun! In the spirit of further clarification of rules this one meant to be obvious, a line was added to Avatars & Manifestations to tell people that Avatars are way tougher than normal people, because tripping down the stairs and being stuck in the hospital for weeks is a really shitty reason for a character to sit out several sessions' worth of activity. A change has also been made to the Peeping the Horror mechanic which no longer lets a character's Other score be raised.

Finally, and this is the change that really made the version number go up, is that Apotheosis has been completely revamped. Now instead of simply dying or vanishing after Apotheosis, characters get to continue to exist for a while, becoming weaker and fainter until the actual end of their life. This serves as a way to let players and characters get a bit more closure with their death, further explore the drama of being fully consumed by a Power, and to make sure that a player with a dead character isn't just stacking dice and listening to everyone else have fun for a couple hours just because their lil guy beefed it. 

Promise that this one won't be doing any more major updates (until after some actual playtesting has been done) so have fun knowing that you're playing the best version of the game that will ever exist (until it gets better)!
